Jisatsu Circle, also known as Suicide Circle or Suicide Club, is in original a Movie by Shion Sono. He was the one who requested a manga from the mangaka Usamaru Furuya. The manga plot is different from the movie.
The Story is about the girl Saya Kota, a girl who survived the mass suicide of the so-called "Suicide Club" she is in.
